I am looking forward to co-hosting the September NOMI Home Buyer's Tour!

If you would like to have breakfast prior to the tour, I recommend that you arrive by 10:30am, coffee and a pastry 11:00am or if you are just going to join us for the Tour please plan on arriving no later than 11:30am.

Please RSVP to MyNewNeighbor@gmail.com and let NOMI know if you intend to have breakfast prior to the tour and your preferred reservation time, name as well as the number of guests in your party. We will confirm your reservation at Papa's for you!!  Please let them know I sent you to the Tour

Even if you are going to be joining us for just the Tour, we still want to hear from you.

At this time we are still in the process of selecting the homes for the tour, however we are focusing on the Webber-Camden and Folwell Neighborhoods.  I will be on hand to answer any questions you might have about the homes on the tour as well as the many financial incentives that are currently available. There will also be plenty of current NOMI residents to tell you about their experiences living on the Northside of Minneapolis.

So come on out and meet some your potential "new neighbors" while we explore the wonderful neighborhoods of NOMI in a fun and no pressure way.
