Tax Credit or Low Rates: What's the better bargain?

The first time home buyer real estate tax credit has ended and with it, interest rates have dropped to an all time low. If you are are a first time buyer or move up buyer who missed the tax credit break which expired April 30, it's possible to get an even better deal with today's rates. Check out my blog entry on this topic!
